Digestate, a by-product of the anaerobic digestion process, contains a stabilized organic fraction and a high concentration of essential nutrients—nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrients.

1. Organic amendments and compost
From the solid fraction of the digestate, a controlled aerobic maturation process is carried out, producing stabilized organic amendments and compost.
These products improve soil structure and water-holding capacity, increase humified organic matter, and stimulate the soil microbiota, making them ideal for extensive agriculture, woody crops, and the restoration of degraded soils.
2. Liquid biofertilizers
The liquid fraction of the digestate undergoes physical, chemical, and biological separation and purification processes, resulting in concentrated liquid biofertilizers with highly available nutrients.
These products are mainly applied through fertigation, ensuring efficient and precise nutrition for high-demand crops or under intensive localized irrigation systems.
3. Custom-formulated fertilizers
Using advanced nutrient recovery and crystallization technologies (such as struvite, ammonium sulfate, etc.), BioCompost produces fertilizers tailored to different crop types, reintegrating nutrients recovered from the liquid fraction of the digestate.
The result is an organomineral biofertilizer formulated according to the soil and crop needs, fully closing the nutrient cycle and reducing dependence on synthetic mineral inputs.
