The most sustainable solution
Through our specialized companies — Hispania Silva, Bioeco Energías, Recycle Logística, Biocompost, and Renewable TNG — we comprehensively address the biomethane cycle: from engineering, waste management, and energy and agronomic valorization, to staff training and the management of human resources needed for its operation.
Since 2024, we have maintained a strategic alliance with Naturgy. Initially through Hispania Silva and Recycle Logística; and in 2025, we expanded this collaboration with the incorporation of Bioeco Energías, another group company, thus consolidating our commitment to the development of biomethane in Spain.
We are currently driving the development of more than 36 biomethane plants nationwide.

- The plants, which will be distributed across Spain, will have the capacity to generate up to 2.5 TWh annually, equivalent to the consumption of 500,000 households, and will be operational before 2030.
- From an environmental perspective, this alliance will allow a reduction of 450,000 tons of CO² per year.

signs an alliance with Naturgy

- This alliance adds to the one recently reached with Hispania Silva and increases the production capacity of the new facilities promoted by Naturgy to 3 TWh, equivalent to the consumption of 600,000 households.
- Naturgy also strengthens its commitment to the circular economy through its stake in Recycle —a company jointly owned by the partners of Hispania Silva and Bioeco Energías— which will manage the waste in the biogas plants.
